Sonia offers guidance in the process of spiritual growth, healing and integration.

In private sessions the focus is on your unique and individual psycho-spiritual development. My intention is to  assist you in connecting more deeply to both your own personal truth as well as universal truths. This process involves identifying and shifting mental, emotional, energetic and physical patterns that are not in accordance with those truths in order to increasingly be embody qualities like wisdom, authenticity, freedom, love, joy, and integrity.
